STARCRAFT — Alpha 0.15.4
========================
ALPHA 0.15.4 — STRONGHOLD MAZES AND TRIAL CHAMBERS
- Rebuilt Overworld strongholds as large underground mazes (11x11 room network) with deterministic seed-based layouts.
- Each generated stronghold has a randomized portal-room location inside the maze and a complete, already-active 3x3 End Portal surrounded by 12 End Portal Frame blocks.
- Added underground Trial Chambers at a 1.2% candidate rate per eligible Overworld chunk, with a large 13x13-room copper maze.
- Added 20 Trial Chambers construction blocks: Copper Grate, Exposed Copper Grate, Weathered Copper Grate, Oxidized Copper Grate; Copper Bulb and its three oxidation states; Chiseled Copper and its three oxidation states; Copper Bricks and its three oxidation states; Copper Tiles and its three oxidation states.
- Added functional Trial Spawners. Right-click to spawn a six-mob wave. Defeat the wave to receive a Trial Key.
- Added functional Vaults. Hold a Trial Key and right-click a Vault to consume the key and receive randomized treasure. Each Vault pays out once, and its opened state is saved.
- Added underground World.getBiomeAt() recognition for the trial_chambers biome.
- Added custom copper textures and expanded the atlas to 256x512 (16 columns by 32 rows) so the new textures do not exceed the former 16x16 atlas.
- Existing block and custom-item IDs were preserved by appending new blocks and the Trial Key. Previous 320-block build height, biome updates, camps, embedded crowned-pig background, inventory fix, Nether mob-spawn crash fix, and three STARCRAFT community-server entries are retained.
CONTROLS
- Use the normal right-click / place action while aiming at a Trial Spawner to begin the challenge.
- Defeat the spawned mobs to receive a Trial Key.
- Put the Trial Key in your selected hotbar slot, aim at a Vault, and right-click to open it.
- To enter the End, walk into the active End Portal in a stronghold.
TESTING
- Strongholds and Trial Chambers are deterministic per seed/chunk and can be skipped by terrain/world-generation suitability conditions.
- Use a new world for the quickest test, or travel to previously ungenerated Overworld chunks in an existing world. Previously generated chunks are not automatically regenerated.
- Syntax and ZIP integrity checks passed. Full live 3D gameplay, mob AI pathing through every maze branch, and an actual portal/Vault playthrough were not verified in a live browser during packaging.
